X4 Technology are partnered with a leading global financial institution who are expanding their digital collateral capability and offering the opportunity for an experienced Product Lead (Digital Collateral) to help shape and deliver a major transformation programme focused on next-gen collateral services and digital market infrastructure. The position sits within a strategic change function driving innovation across collateral operations, tokenised assets and DLT-enabled solutions. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will oversee delivery across multiple workstreams spanning product design, operational change, governance, technology and client enablement.
Responsibilities of the Contract Product Lead (Digital Collateral):
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital collateral initiatives from requirements through to go-live
- Define and translate business and operational needs into requirements, user stories and documentation
- Assess and optimise operating models and supporting technology across process, data, governance and regulatory areas
- Oversee testing, solution validation and implementation readiness
- Manage programme governance, including risks, issues, dependencies and reporting
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, legal, risk, compliance, custody, onboarding and commercial teams
Requirements for the Contract Product Lead (Digital Collateral):
- Proven delivery of large-scale financial services transformation programmes across collateral, securities services, digital assets or DLT environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in fast-paced, complex programme environments while maintaining delivery focus
- Comfortable applying best practice transformation and delivery to drive execution quality
