The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a commercially driven, consultative sales professional with experience selling into regulated sectors and navigating complex financial workflows. This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on building relationships with senior stakeholders and helping businesses modernise the way they manage treasury, payments, and digital assets. The successful candidate will report directly to the CRO and play a key role in driving revenue growth across international markets.

What the Role Will Involve

The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing clients to a more unified financial operating model - bringing together traditional finance and digital asset capabilities within one platform. Many businesses today still operate across fragmented systems:

  • Fiat banking sits with one provider
  • Digital assets are managed elsewhere
  • Treasury visibility is limited
  • Payment operations remain inefficient and manual

Our client’s platform is designed to solve that fragmentation by providing:

  • Multi-currency business accounts alongside institutional digital asset capabilities
  • International payment infrastructure supporting global operations
  • Faster settlement methods, including blockchain-enabled payment rails operating beyond traditional banking hours
  • Seamless conversion between fiat and digital currencies
  • Centralised treasury visibility across balances, transactions, and reporting
  • Reconciliation and oversight tools designed for regulated businesses

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will already have experience selling sophisticated financial products or infrastructure into regulated industries and will understand the operational challenges these businesses face. Relevant experience may include selling:

  • Treasury solutions
  • Cross-border payments
  • FX products
  • Banking or financial infrastructure
  • Digital asset or crypto-related services
  • Embedded finance or regulated fintech solutions

Strong candidates are likely to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of exceeding commercial targets and managing meaningful revenue quotas
  • Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles from origination through to close
  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers including CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Payments, Compliance leaders, and COOs
  • The ability to manage consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving operational, technical, and regulatory considerations
  • Exposure to industries such as:
    • iGaming
    • Digital assets / crypto
    • Regulated trading platforms
    • Payment institutions
    • EMIs or fintech infrastructure providers
