Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of the Citrix environment, ensuring alignment with the client security, performance, and regulatory requirements.
- Own the technical delivery across design, build, deployment, migration, and testing phases, providing architectural oversight and hands-on guidance for Citrix implementations.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of security enhancements, including Global App Configuration, deviceTRUST, and authentication services, ensuring secure access across global estates.
- Design and govern the upgrade of Citrix NetScalers, ensuring high availability, resilience, performance optimisation, and minimal service disruption.
Required Experience
- 5 years’ experience working as a Citrix Specialist, with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise Citrix environments.
- Proven experience administering and supporting Citrix NetScaler (ADC), including load balancing, security, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of FSLogix, including profile container configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization in virtual desktop environments.
- Experience with application virtualization and packaging using App-V and MSIX, including deployment and lifecycle management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across Citrix, application delivery, and user profile technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
