Job Title: Technical Lead (Celfocus)

We're looking for a Technical Lead to own the design, implementation and support of billing and revenue management solutions for a leading telecom client, working with Celfocus frameworks and accelerators built on Zuora.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can architect end-to-end billing solutions, guide a delivery team through complex implementations, and act as the go-to technical expert when things get tough.
Technical Lead – Key Responsibilities
- Acting as Technical Lead & SME for Zuora/Celfocus-based billing solutions
- Designing end-to-end billing, charging and revenue management architecture
- Leading configuration of Zuora Billing, Payments and Revenue modules
- Overseeing integrations with CRM, ERP and payment gateways
- Reviewing technical designs and code, setting delivery standards
- Supporting SIT/UAT/go-live and post-production stabilisation
- Owning data migration, reconciliation and billing validation
- Mentoring the wider delivery team and producing technical documentation
Technical Lead – Key Skills Required
- 7+ years' experience in billing, revenue management or telecom/digital billing technology
- Strong hands-on experience with Zuora (or equivalent platforms — Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Optiva)
- Proven track record in technical leadership, solution design and production support
- Solid grounding in REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, middleware/integration platforms
- Comfortable in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Celfocus accelerator experience is a strong plus, not a hard requirement
