We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our client's data and analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in mapping data flows, understanding data origins, and identifying use cases to enhance the organization's data strategy and operating model.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct data landscape assessments and map data flows between systems.
- Lead workshops to discover and define specific use cases.
- Develop use cases into EPIC-level requirements for development teams.
- Collaborate with the Business Architect to design the operating model, focusing on people, processes, and organization.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Support the integration of data and AI strategies into the operating model.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-centric roles.
- Strong understanding of data management and analytics.
- Experience in leading workshops and gathering requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
