We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager – Exhibitions to lead the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stands, trade shows and experiential builds (please include this experience on your CV submission). This is a high-paying, outside IR35 contract based in Birmingham, offering the opportunity to take ownership of fast-track, high-profile projects from concept through to live show delivery and dismantle.
The Role
- Client liaison from brief to completion
- Design coordination, technical development & fabrication oversight
- Budget ownership & commercial control
- Supplier & contractor management
- Onsite build-up, live show support & breakdown
- Venue compliance, H&S & CDM adherence
You’ll be the driving force ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to exceptional quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years delivering exhibition stand builds / trade shows / experiential projects
- Strong understanding of temporary structures & modular systems
- Proven onsite installation management experience
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent fast-track projects
- Solid knowledge of UK exhibition regulations & H&S compliance
- Basic Knowledge of Cad/Mechanical Engineering practices
