We're partnering with a pioneering technology company developing a revolutionary next-generation consumer electronics product and are seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

The technology is redefining what's possible within its market and has attracted significant commercial interest from customers and investors alike.

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and developing the software that powers a category-defining connected device. Working alongside a highly capable multidisciplinary engineering team, you'll help shape both the product roadmap and the underlying technology stack as the company scales.

The system has 4 different parts: STM32 processor, high powered quad core ARM processor (for the graphics), a Linux (Yocto) platform development, and a GUI using QT framework.

  • Strong Embedded Linux development experience
  • Expert-level C/C++ programming skills
  • Experience developing low-level software, firmware, drivers, and embedded applications
  • Strong understanding of software architecture for connected embedded devices
  • Experience with telemetry, device monitoring, and cloud synchronisation
  • Familiarity with secure firmware deployment and device lifecycle management
  • Experience with platforms such as Cursor, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered development tools would be highly advantageous.
