We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist Idox Uniform to lead the full implementation and optimisation of the system for a UK local authority. They are seeking an expert to fully configure, streamline, and embed it across key service areas, including Planning, Building Control, Environmental Health, Licensing, and Housing.
Key Responsibilities:- System Setup & Configuration
- Assess current system usage and identify optimisation opportunities
- Configure workflows and integrations with existing systems/databases
- Tailor the platform to reflect local authority-specific processes
- Conduct data audits and cleansing to ensure accuracy
- Migrate from any legacy systems with zero data loss
- Validate and test all transferred data to ensure system integrity
- Develop and deliver tailored training for council staff
- Provide clear documentation and run workshops
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle
- Deep knowledge of the Uniform (IDOX) system.
