Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, expand, and professionalize a global supplier network across US, EU, LATAM, APAC, and MENA
  • Partner with CTS and Commercial teams to translate pipeline growth into proactive sourcing and capacity planning
  • Secure competitive pricing and terms to protect margins as the business scales
  • Lead supplier qualification, audits, compliance, and performance management
  • Own supplier relationships, manage risk, and ensure supply continuity
  • Bring external market insight into internal growth and strategy discussions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Significant senior-level experience in strategic supply chain and sourcing roles within regulated life sciences environments
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Extensive experience negotiating supplier agreements and pricing at scale
