Key Responsibilities:
- Build, expand, and professionalize a global supplier network across US, EU, LATAM, APAC, and MENA
- Partner with CTS and Commercial teams to translate pipeline growth into proactive sourcing and capacity planning
- Secure competitive pricing and terms to protect margins as the business scales
- Lead supplier qualification, audits, compliance, and performance management
- Own supplier relationships, manage risk, and ensure supply continuity
- Bring external market insight into internal growth and strategy discussions
Ideal Candidate:
- Significant senior-level experience in strategic supply chain and sourcing roles within regulated life sciences environments
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strategic sourcing initiatives
- Extensive experience negotiating supplier agreements and pricing at scale
- Proven capability in auditing, managing, and improving supplier compliance and performance
- Strong commercial awareness and margin sensitivity
