Role: As the Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping new creative and tactical strategies for diverse healthcare clients. Working across prescription drugs, over-the-counter remedies and even some consumer brands (should you wish) - you will enjoy a varied and dynamic creative experience. From film and video to print, digital, social, experimental, events, workshops, and more, the agency offers flexibility tailored to individual preferences and specialities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees day-to-day account operations, supporting the SAD / BUD.
- Leads projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions, reviewing creative, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.
- Understand the client's business and brief.
- Fosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on healthcare communications.
- Strong communication skills and adept at building rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
