Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Salary: up to£80,000 DOE

Job Type: Permanent
A leading construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing London team. This role will involve delivering a range of commercial and residential development projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from early concept through to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and delivery against project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee procurement processes and contractor appointments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
- Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support the successful delivery of projects across commercial and residential sectors.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Degree qualified – preferably within a construction related discipline
- Demonstrated experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy or client-side environment.
- Proven track record working on commercial and/or residential developments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Good understanding of project delivery processes, construction contracts, and UK building regulations.
