Responsibilities- Lead the development, review, and refinement of a wide range of content, including slide decks, sales materials, training resources, reports, and more.
- Uphold consistency, scientific accuracy, and adherence to industry style and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough literature research to inform and strengthen content.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timelines and client expectations are met.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, writing guidelines, and editorial best practices.
- Support business development efforts by preparing high-quality proposals and pitch materials.
- Maintain and refine templates and reference materials to ensure high standards across projects.
- Proven experience in medical writing (3+ years for Senior, 5+ years for Principal level).
- Strong understanding of medical communication standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and content types with attention to detail.
- Exceptional scientific writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with reference management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
