An award-winning medical communications agency is actively seeking a Senior Account Manager/Account Director to join their team for a 12-month FTC. Based in the Oxford area, they embrace a flexible model with a hybrid working pattern.

Role: You will play a pivotal role within the company, overseeing the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects. Your responsibilities span a wide range, including but not limited to:

  • Collaborating across diverse accounts, therapy areas, and deliverables, from publications, market access, medical affairs, and events/meetings.
  • Assume responsibility for project oversight, providing guidance to junior team members as necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes within agreed-upon deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress using designated project management systems, ensuring alignment with established outcomes, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
