👩 💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Shape strategies that put patients’ needs and experiences first.
  • Collaborate across diverse accounts and therapy areas to deliver meaningful, patient-centric campaigns spanning print, digital, events, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Support on projects from start to finish - managing timelines, budgets, creative reviews, and fostering strong client relationships focused on improving patient care.
  • Support senior team members in day-to-day account management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.


📋 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within healthcare communications
  • Possesses strong communication skills and rapport-building with clients.
  • Works independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and inquisitiveness.
  • Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborative team player who works seamlessly with planning, creative, and production teams.
  • Familiarity with ABPI regulations.
