Regional Sales Manager We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join this innovative Medical Device company. This position is critical to driving sales and business development for the company’s portfolio within your assigned territory (Midlands). Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and business development through effective relationship-building and consultative selling techniques. Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and identifying potential clients to closing deals and ensuring successful post-sale support. Target new accounts and identify key sites and clients in the region, executing calls, demos, trials, and customer visits. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities in SalesForce, reporting progress monthly. Collaborate with other teams Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through post-sale support and account management. Actively manage and grow both new and existing accounts, focusing on organic growth. Required Skills and Experience: At least 3 years of proven sales experience within the medical device sector, preferably with a background in IVDs. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English. Solid understanding of the NHS clinical and laboratory structure, as well as funding mechanisms. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Strong organizational skills, with a focus on territory management and strategic call planning. Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals. Willingness to travel regionally, nationally, and occasionally internationally.
