A globally renowned Medical Communications agency is looking for a presentation designer to join their close-knit creative team. This role incorporates a large element of Presentation/ PowerPoint (around 60%), and is great for someone looking to continue to grow within the healthcare creative space.
The Role
- Presentation Design & Development
- Restyle PowerPoint slides and other formats according to client/project briefs, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Redraw figures and tables from raw data using PowerPoint or Illustrator.
- Develop interactive elements and animations for specific deliverables.
- Repurpose existing content into visually appealing formats, focusing on data visualization.
- Create presentation templates in line with branding guidelines.
- Provide on-site PowerPoint support for meetings and events.
- Project Management & Support
- Take briefs directly from internal clients and contribute to brainstorm sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Assist in building and maintaining Heliosβ Graphics and Icons library.
- Training & Development
- Stay updated on the latest visual and presentation trends.
- Provide guidance on presentation design best practices.
- Continuously develop skills (e.g., Adobe software, Articulate).
Requirements
- Experience in presentation or graphic design roles β this is a junior role but some experience within this is essential!
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and data visualization.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team with great attention to detail.
- Graphic design qualification.
- Experience in medical communications is desirable but not essential β any experience within healthcare would also be great, even if not in an agency.
