I’m currently supporting a growing medical communications agency on a search for an experienced Senior Medical Writer or Principal Medical Writer to join their scientific team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across high-science strategic accounts in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The role will involve:
- Developing high-quality scientific and medical communications materials
- Leading content across publications, congress work, advisory boards, slide decks, and training materials
- Partnering closely with clients and internal account teams
- Supporting scientific strategy and mentoring junior writers (particularly at Principal level)
Ideal background:
- Previous experience within a medical communications agency
- Strong scientific writing and client-facing skills
- Advanced life sciences degree preferred (PhD, PharmD, MSc)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and therapeutic areas confidently
