We're partnering with a growing healthcare communications agency looking to hire a Medical Writer to join their scientific team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career medical writer to work across a variety of healthcare communication projects, developing scientific content for healthcare professionals and other key audiences while gaining exposure to a broad range of therapeutic areas and communication channels.
The Role
Working alongside experienced scientific and client services colleagues, you will contribute to the development of scientifically accurate, engaging, and compliant materials across a range of client accounts. This role offers strong mentoring, exposure to client interactions, and the opportunity to build expertise in both medical communications and healthcare strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development
- Create and edit scientific and medical content across a variety of formats.
- Develop a mixture of medical affairs and medical education deliverables.
- Ensure all materials are scientifically accurate, appropriately referenced, and aligned with project objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine deliverables.
- Scientific Research
- Conduct literature reviews and data analysis to support content development.
- Build knowledge of disease areas, treatment landscapes, and emerging clinical data.
- Maintain awareness of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
