Join an innovative independent healthcare communications agency as they look to hire a Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to join their growing Client Services team. This is an opportunity to join a boutique healthcare communications agency with a strong focus on employee development, progression, and flexibility. You will work with some of the largest pharmaceutical companies globally, supporting projects designed to improve patient outcomes and healthcare experiences. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of exciting deliverables - from patient-focused educational campaigns and disease awareness initiatives to creative healthcare communications, digital innovation, and omnichannel marketing strategies. Working here means contributing to work that truly makes a difference - while developing your skills across events, meetings, websites, strategy, and new business development within a supportive environment.
- Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and projects
- Coordinate healthcare communications programs from briefing through to delivery
- Shape strategies that put patients’ needs and experiences first
- Support on projects from start to finish - managing timelines, budgets, creative reviews, and fostering strong client relationships focused on improving patient care
- Build strong client relationships and become a trusted day-to-day contact
- Manage timelines, trackers, approvals, budgets and project logistics
- Work with approval systems such as Veeva and ensure deliverables meet compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Life Sciences Degree
- Desire to work in healthcare communications, medical communications, or a pharmaceutical environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
