About the Role:

We’re recruiting on behalf of an independent, ambitious healthcare agency looking for a senior creative leader who is hands-on. This is not a “direct from afar” role - you’ll be creating, leading, and shaping ideas alongside a tight-knit team of 5 creatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the creative team while remaining hands-on with projects
  • Develop conceptual, innovative work that makes an impact
  • Influence senior leadership decisions and agency strategy
  • Take briefs and deliver ideas that push boundaries

Requirements:

  • Senior Creative / Creative Director / Senior Art Director experience
  • Strong conceptual thinking with a proven portfolio
  • Experience working within a medical communications agency
  • Proactive, ambitious, and excited to drive creative forward
