Are you ready to lead in a fast-paced, high-impact lab environment? This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of clinical diagnostics and trial operations driving accuracy, efficiency, and excellence while ensuring full compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical and trial sample testing, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 15189, GCP, and MHRA guidelines.
- Work with QA teams to maintain effective and compliant testing procedures.
- Monitor IQC/EQA performance and take corrective action when needed.
- Supervise and support lab staff, including training and performance reviews.
- Maintain sample integrity, review analytical data, and approve new test methods.
- Draft and update SOPs and liaise with clients to ensure quality service.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Strong leadership experience in a lab setting.
- Degree in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Immunology, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Scientist or Lab Analyst.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team development skills.
