I'm working with a leading independent HVAC commissioning provider within the mechanical services industry, who are looking for a HVAC Commissioning Engineer to support on various projects across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out on-site testing and balancing of air and water distribution systems.
- Work as part of the on-site commissioning team to support project delivery.
- Review HVAC drawings and prepare commissioning plans, test reports, and associated documentation.
- Monitor and track commissioning progress, including managing defects and actions.
- Ensure all testing and reporting is completed in line with project specifications and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot issues arising during air and water balancing activities.
- Complete all commissioning documentation to a high and professional standard.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Several years’ experience in a similar HVAC commissioning role.
- Demonstrated competency in air and water balancing, including BSRIA-compliant flushing.
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services.
- Confident interpreting HVAC drawings and technical documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full, valid driver’s license.
