- Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and projects
- Coordinate healthcare communications programs from briefing through to delivery
- Manage timelines, trackers, approvals, budgets and project logistics
- Support the delivery of meetings, congresses, advisory boards and symposia
- Collaborate with scientific, creative, digital and editorial teams to deliver high-quality outputs
- Support proposals, pitches and organic account growth opportunities
Previous experience within a healthcare communications, medical communications, or pharmaceutical environment is required. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, are essential. Confidence in building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is necessary. Experience with Veeva and an understanding of healthcare compliance processes would be advantageous.
