The predicted salary is between 37800 - 46200 Β£ per year.

Our client is looking for a consultant to help build and implement a practical PPWR and EUDR compliance program. The consultant will organize the work, define required documentation, support supplier data collection, and help establish repeatable processes for ongoing compliance. This will be a 4 month initial contract that can be completed on a fully remote basis.

The key aims of the project are to ensure the following:

  • Producing a clear PPWR and EUDR program structure with assigned owners and priorities
  • Assuring that a supplier data and documentation collection process is in place
  • Core templates, trackers, and records organized for audit and customer-response readiness

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create a simple program plan for PPWR and EUDR implementation
  • Define roles, responsibilities, milestones, and escalation points
  • Identify required supplier data and documentation
  • Collect the data from the suppliers and create required documentation or databases for storage
  • Develop supplier request templates, questionnaires, and tracking tools
  • Support review of supplier responses and identify gaps
  • Create templates for declarations, due diligence records, and packaging compliance documentation
  • Create a controlled repository for evidence and customer responses
  • Prepare concise status updates, risk summaries, and leadership reports
  • Develop SOPs for new processes
  • Train internal teams on the new process and hand off a sustainable operating model

Requirements:

  • Experience with EU regulatory, sustainability, packaging, supplier, or quality compliance programs.
  • Ability to convert regulatory requirements into workable business processes.
  • Packaging engineering background or similar to work with suppliers
  • Experience with supplier documentation, declarations, technical files, or due diligence records.
