Looking for a Clinical Performance Lead who has a drive and passion for helping a growing company to success. This role is based in South Yorkshire and they are looking for someone who is happy to go on site 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support audit readiness and inspection preparedness by providing data and insights on trial performance.
- Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies to avoid delays or compliance issues.
- Contribute to the development of SOPs, tools, and best practices related to clinical performance management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance monitoring tools for internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver high quality clinical evidence to support regulatory submissions under IVDR 2017/746.
- Demand for clinical performance studies from customers and expanding regulatory requirements.
Key Experience:
- Have experience with CDX.
- Experience in Infectious disease/ pharmaceutical/ health wellbeing.
- Prior experience with lateral flow projects/studies.
