Looking for a Clinical Performance Lead who has a drive and passion for helping a growing company to success. This role is based in South Yorkshire and they are looking for someone who is happy to go on site 2-3 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Support audit readiness and inspection preparedness by providing data and insights on trial performance. Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies to avoid delays or compliance issues. Contribute to the development of SOPs, tools, and best practices related to clinical performance management. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance monitoring tools for internal and external stakeholders. Deliver high quality clinical evidence to support regulatory submissions under IVDR 2017/746. Demand for clinical performance studies from customers and expanding regulatory requirements. Key Experience: Have experience with CDX. Experience in Infectious disease/ pharmaceutical/ health wellbeing. Prior experience with lateral flow projects/studies.
