A growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Director Structural Engineer to join its Structural Engineering team. You will lead and deliver structural engineering projects from concept to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction while working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen new client relationships across Oxfordshire and surrounding regions, supporting continued growth and team expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and cross-selling of services.
  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, science, research, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications in line with current standards and regulations.
  • Review and approve work produced by junior engineers and technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng, MEng or equivalent).
  • Chartered Engineer status (ICE or IStructE).
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience within structural engineering, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record delivering structural design solutions across building and infrastructure projects.
