As a Recruitment Consultant with X4, you will join a team of specialist consultants who are renowned for delivering organisational solutions and consultancy services. Your role will involve managing your own specialist market and the 360-recruitment process, from establishing your own client relationships to identifying excellent talent for your client’s needs – empowering both parties the ability to succeed.
Conducts market research, utilising sales techniques to initiate relationships with prospective clients, identifying client recruitment needs and fulfilling them in accordance to X4's Recruitment lifecycle. Utilises Seven20 in accordance with the Recruitment Life Cycle, codes managers/companies correctly, leverages the data and capabilities of the software to enhance consultancy performance (e.g. hotlists).
Establishes understanding of X4's core compliance processes and policies (e.g. registering placement correctly on S20, payment terms, credit checks). Establishes an active LinkedIn presence by sharing valuable X4 content, as an effort to establish client and candidate engagement streams, to strengthen market presence. Attends all training sessions and understands X4's policies surrounding behaviour, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
