We are seeking an experienced Systems Transformation Integration Programme Lead to drive a significant business systems transformation programme. This role will lead the planning, governance and execution of a complex transformation involving key enterprise platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow and NetSuite.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives, technology strategy and delivery teams to ensure successful programme outcomes. This is a highly hands-on role suited to an experienced contractor who can bring structure to complexity, drive decision-making, manage stakeholder expectations and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the overall systems transformation roadmap and delivery approach.
  • Lead the coordination of transformation activities across CRM, ERP and ITSM platforms.
  • Establish effective governance, decision-making forums and reporting structures.
  • Work closely with architecture, product, business and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and manage programme risks.
