What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive structured training from your very first day and gradually learn every aspect of the recruitment lifecycle.
You'll learn how to
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source and engage exceptional talent through Linked In Recruiter, networking, referrals and market mapping.
- Interview candidates and understand their skills, experience and career aspirations.
