• Develop and nurture client relationships to understand their talent needs
• Source, assess, and secure top engineering talent for high‑growth energy projects
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, from market mapping to offer negotiation
• Deliver strong commission earnings through a proven track record of billing success
• Collaborate with founders and senior billers for mentorship and business insight
