We are seeking an experienced Systems Transformation & Integration Programme Lead to drive a significant business systems transformation programme. This role will lead the planning, governance and execution of a complex transformation involving key enterprise platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow and NetSuite. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives, technology strategy and delivery teams to ensure successful programme outcomes.
This is a highly hands-on role suited to an experienced contractor who can bring structure to complexity, drive decision-making, manage stakeholder expectations and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the overall systems transformation roadmap and delivery approach.
- Lead the coordination of transformation activities across CRM, ERP and ITSM platforms.
- Establish effective governance, decision-making forums and reporting structures.
- Work closely with architecture, product, business and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
- Identify and manage programme risks, dependencies and integration challenges.
- Develop and maintain key programme artefacts including roadmaps, plans, RAID logs and decision papers.
- Translate strategic objectives into practical, deliverable plans.
- Ensure business process impacts and organisational change requirements are clearly understood and managed.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Drive accountability and ensure decisions translate into measurable progress.
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise systems transformation programmes.
- Strong experience delivering change across integrated business systems environments.
- Experience working with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow and NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of how CRM, ERP and ITSM platforms support end-to-end business processes.
- Experience operating across architecture, product, business change and delivery functions.
- Demonstrable success managing complex stakeholder groups and driving alignment.
