Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established General Technology team.

This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious 360 recruiter with a proven track record in the UK technology market.

We're particularly interested in consultants who have experience recruiting across one or more of the following specialisms:

  • Infrastructure
  • Data
  • Cyber Security
  • Dev Ops & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Whether you're looking to build on an established desk or develop a new market, you'll have the autonomy, support and resources to maximise your success.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your specialist market, building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates across the UK technology sector.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement and account management.
  • Developing new client relationships while growing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Sourcing, engaging and managing highly skilled technology professionals through Linked In, networking, referrals and executive search.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative recruitment solutions and market expertise.
  • Managing interview processes, offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
  • Delivering market intelligence including salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, talent mapping and hiring trends.
  • Building your personal brand within your specialist technology market and becoming a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates.
  • What We’re Looking For

We're looking for ambitious recruiters who enjoy building relationships, winning business and becoming genuine market specialists.

You’ll ideally have

  • A proven track record in 360 recruitment within the UK Technology market.
  • Strong market knowledge across Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Cloud, Data, Cyber Security or Dev Ops recruitment.
  • Demonstrable success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A consultative approach with a passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
  • A commercially driven mindset with the ambition to build a high-performing desk and maximise your earning potential.
