Part-Time Project Coordinator – Immediate Start

Steeton, Bradford - West Yorkshire (Onsite)

13-Week Contract Outside IR35 £120 per day

Part-Time – 5 Morning Shifts per Week

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of installation projects within a fast-paced operational environment. This is a hands-on coordination role focused on subcontractor management, site documentation, scheduling support, and field compliance activities. The role exists to ensure installation activities are properly coordinated throughout the programme — allowing the Project Manager to focus on overall delivery oversight and client management.

Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate subcontractors and engineers throughout project delivery
  • Manage installation schedules, trackers, and outstanding actions
  • Ensure site documentation and compliance records are accurate and up to date
  • Chase outstanding actions and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams
  • Support field teams with administrative and coordination activities
  • Maintain high standards of documentation quality and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify delays, gaps, or risks early and escalate where required

  • Previous experience in project support, project coordination, or installation coordination
