Weβre looking for an experienced Legal and Compliance Executive or Manager who can cover essential legal tasks as a maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and amend terms of business and assist the sales team in contract negotiation.
- Manage the signature process of all agreements and ensure accurate filing and correct record keeping of all legal documents.
- Manage the debt collection process alongside the credit control team.
- Manage Compliance Supplier relationships.
- Answer compliance queries from staff, clients and candidates.
- Run legal training and ensure all staff is up-to-date with training needs.
- Assist the Contracts team in validating onboarding documents to ensure compliance.
- Assist the Contracts team with research into new engagement models and countries where needed.
- Be the legal liaison for the business and assist with HR and IT/Operations accordingly, in particular relating to new supplier onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with data protection legislation, processing and answering SARs.

This role is an FTC of 12 months in order to support the Compliance function while the General Counsel is on maternity leave. There is flexibility on this role for the right person in terms of job title and package. The role is hybrid role with 3 days in the office. The General Counsel will support the new person as they get up to speed and will be an ongoing support although the reporting line would be to the COO.
