The Role
As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll get structured training from day one and quickly start taking on real ownership across the full recruitment process.
You'll build expertise across:
Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates.
Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and market research.
Interviewing candidates and getting under the skin of what drives their careers.
Owning the recruitment process end-to-end, from brief to successful placement.
Developing new business and building your own client portfolio.
Negotiating salaries and offers with confidence.
Delivering sharp market insight, salary benchmarking and competitor analysis.
Becoming the go-to expert in your specialist market.
Delivering a first-class experience for every client and candidate.
