The Opportunity

We are hiring ambitious, motivated graduates or sales professionals who want to step into recruitment for our existing Data Center team. This is one of our fastest-growing teams within a booming industry, supporting some of the largest AI projects in the US.

What You’ll Do

  • 360 Recruitment within our Data Center team focused on Construction / Engineering / Operations / Executive Search disciplines.
  • Source and engage passive and active candidates via methods such as LinkedIn, industry networks, and direct outreach, qualifying them for potential opportunities.
  • Screen resumes and qualify candidates via phone/video for technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Support with arranging and managing interview processes, post-interview feedback, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Developing and providing insight into the market trends and shifts, including but not exclusive to: Compensation Benchmarking, Competitor Analysis, Org Chart Development, and Growth Forecasting.
  • Leverage market knowledge to build relationships with industry professionals and advise them on the best approaches to reach their personal and professional ambitions.

  • Graduate (or equivalent sales experience), hungry to master recruitment from the ground up.
  • Strong communication skills. Able to articulate well on calls, meetings, and emails.
  • Genuine curiosity for learning about technical fields and becoming a market expert.
  • Comfortable with hustle in a results-oriented environment.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
