X1 are looking for a fast paced, professional and ambitious person to join our friendly, vibrant and successful team as a Property Manager as part of our Property Management Team.

About the role:

Your role is to manage and co-ordinate the swift and efficient resolution of maintenance issues which arise for our tenants. This will be achieved through excellent organisation and fantastic communication skills - ensuring tenants feel cared for and up to date throughout any maintenance issues. You will be directly contributing to a positive X1 experience, and be delivering a service that the company can be proud of. Some of the role responsibilities are:

  • Organising maintenance within the properties in your portfolio
  • Assisting in the summer turnaround of apartments each year
  • Maintaining accurate file notes
  • Create full refurbishment work proposals for properties
  • Complete full written and photographic inventories of properties and their contents
  • Arranging all compliance works

About you:

This is a great role for someone already experienced in the property industry, particularly within Property Management. The successful candidate must be first and foremost highly organised, you will need a professional and friendly personality, excellent written and spoken communication, have great attention to detail and fantastic time management. You must also hold a full UK driving licence.

Salary: £22,308 - £26,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus sponsorship of industry ARLA qualifications and staff perks such as complimentary on site gym.

Hours: 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with an early 4.30pm finish on Fridays.
