X1 are looking for a fast paced, professional and ambitious person to join our friendly, vibrant and successful team as a Finance Account Manager as part of our Finance Team.

The Role
This role is ideal for an outgoing, personable and level headed candidate who is keen to learn about the UK lettings industry.
The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For
- Overseeing the allocation of rents for a portfolio of properties across multiple X1 buildings.
- Working closely with the Lettings team to assign all unallocated receipts, and assist with weekly rental debt reports.
- Process payments daily to landlords both in the UK & overseas and assist with any queries relating to landlord statements.
- Produce monthly reports for each site within their portfolio to analyse performance; highlighting occupancy rates, fees generated and debt.
- Oversee the collection of ground rent and service charges on behalf of all X1 managed properties.
- Review business operational accounts, highlighting any risks and offering process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
