X1 are looking for a fast-paced, professional, ambitious and passionate person to join our friendly and successful team as a Lettings Negotiator responsible for Enquiries & Viewings in our Manchester Media City branch.

Your role - Enquiries and Viewings Account Manager (Lettings Negotiator)
At X1, we ensure that every customer journey is the best that it can be. Customer service and tenant satisfaction is key and by being a part of the X1 team, you will be expected to contribute to this - first and last impressions are everything. You will be the face of X1 and we are looking for someone friendly, well-presented, helpful and professional at all times.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Creating property adverts
- Responding to enquiries
- Booking in viewings
- Conducting viewings
- Sending out application paperwork
- Telephone answering
- Web chat
- Other ad-hoc duties
