We require a Compliance Administrator & Legionella Tester to join our Media City Branch on a full time basis for an immediate start. A driving license is essential for this role. This role would involve carrying out legionella testing across our properties in both Manchester and Liverpool.
Your Role
- Working closely with the Compliance Manager and Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for carrying out legionella testing at all of our X1 sites, and reporting accurately with any follow up works or recommendations passed to the Compliance Manager.
- You will oversee the administration of the compliance servicing documentation and will be responsible for ensuring this is correctly filed with all accurate data logged on our systems, with charges raised.
- The role will be primarily office based, with the requirement to spend periods of time out of the office to carry out the physical testing, usually for a few days per site.
Role requirements
- Ensure all compliance documentation is filed appropriately on the system in a timely manner.
- Ensure all compliance data is accurately logged.
- Liaise with tenants and contractors to ensure the relevant servicing is booked in at appropriate times.
- Raise charges in a timely manner and in line with company SLAs.
- Responsible for carrying out legionella testing at all sites, ensuring all reports are accurately completed, and information filed appropriately (training and qualification arranged by X1).
About you
The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will possess great communication skills and be able to liaise with a variety of tenants and contractors. A full UK driving license is required. Full training will be provided.
Hours - 9.30am - 5.00pm (Monday - Thursday) 9.30am - 4.30pm (Friday)
