Your Role with us:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office/customer service environment.
- Interpersonal skills as you are engaging with prospective and current tenants
- Ability to inform customers of solutions on offer in an empathetic way
- Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude
- Good administrative skills
- Ideally worked in a call centre in a telephone based Customer Service position.
- Full time work in our beautiful and friendly Media City office 9.30am - 5pm starts Monday to Friday (with a lovely 4.30pm finish on a Friday!)
