Haymarket Block Management, proudly part of the X1 Group, is looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day upkeep and presentation of one of our flagship residential estates.

About the Role:

As a key member of our Estates Team, you will ensure the buildings and grounds remain safe, clean, and well-maintained for our residents and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General maintenance and minor repair work
  • Painting and touch-ups to maintain internal and external appearance
  • Small grounds work, such as sweeping and light landscaping
  • Bin store management to ensure hygiene and accessibility
  • Parcel management for residents
  • Maintaining the aesthetics of communal areas
  • Weekly fire safety checks and reporting any issues promptly

  • A proactive and hands-on approach
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
  • Previous caretaking or maintenance experience is desirable, but not essential
