The Role
Your Focus and Contribution: As a member of the Lettings team, you will be responsible for administration of the application process through to move-in, daily management of tenant care, renewals, and deposits. The role will be process driven and customer facing; your strong organisational and communication skills both internally and externally will contribute to your overall success in the role. This is a prime role for you to make a difference, develop your skills and strengths, with a complete focus on delivering outstanding personal, team and business results and success.
- Working in line with compliance legislation
- Completion of all tenancy and deposit renewals adhering to SLAs
- Ensuring appropriate communication with SAM regarding notices received
- Deposits and deposits registered in line with SLAs
- Ensuring all compliance documentation on internal system(s)
- Responsible for completion of pre-tenancies
- Co-ordinate key and fob handovers and tenant move-in
- Management of parking
- Ensuring referencing is completed in line with SLAs
- Processing of holding deposits in line with legislation and SLAs
- Provide impeccable customer service levels and contribute towards positive brand reputation
- Complaint handling
- Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date with all contact details and relevant notes
