Your role - Enquiries and Viewings Account Manager (Lettings Negotiator)
At X1, we ensure that every customer journey is the best that it can be. You will be the face of X1 and we are looking for someone friendly, well-presented, helpful and professional at all times.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Creating property adverts
- Responding to enquiries
- Booking in viewings
- Conducting viewings
- Sending out application paperwork
- Telephone answering
- Web chat
- Other ad-hoc duties
