X1 Sales and Lettings are looking for an articulate, experienced and accomplished Senior Account Manager to oversee a student landlord portfolio in our vibrant and friendly Manchester branch. We are a rapidly expanding Sales, Lettings and Property Management business with offices in Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Kent. We have a managed portfolio of over 4500 properties across the Northwest and Kent.

The Role
As a Senior Account Manager on our student portfolio, you will oversee operations of Landlord investments ensuring these are managed effectively and maximising value for both the client and company. Your organisational abilities and strong communication skills will contribute to the overall success of your client investments and the market reputation of the X1 brand.
Some of the role responsibilities include:
- Ensure landlords receive impeccable customer service and contribute towards positive brand reputation
- Proactively work with Landlords to understand investment portfolios and generate new business opportunities
- Co-ordinate with internal teams regarding all aspects of Landlords properties performance
- Review the financial performance of your sites monthly
- Communicate with Landlords regarding all aspects of their properties and performance in line with SLAs
- Conduct property visits for voids to gather appropriate landlord and property management feedback
- Responsible for ensuring all notes are added to internal system(s) following any Landlord communications
- Appropriately authorise maintenance charges in line with SLAs
- Ensure high value works are completed to a satisfactory level
- Responsible for all fees charged to landlords
- Ensure the portfolio is bringing in all avenues of revenue
- Conduct property viewings with Landlords and Investors
- Become an expert in market and local competitors to appropriately advise landlords
- Ensure annual rent reviews in line with market rate
- Submit weekly stats to senior leadership team
- Handle complaints
- Ensure all properties and Landlords are compliant
