The principal role of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to ensure that software products are fully functional and fit for purpose for our customers by focusing on validation and verification of our products. You will collaborate alongside our current QA and Development teams to own the quality of our assigned features. You will also maintain and update our current regression packs and execute test runs with follow-up execution reports for key stakeholders. It is imperative that our customer experience is at the forefront of this role. Candidates should have a methodical approach, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Tasks:

  • Create Test Plans
  • Create Test Cases based on Test Plans
  • Review Test Cases created by other individuals and confirm they are written and understandable in the Gherkin Format
  • Execute Test Runs
  • Complete Execution Reports
  • Liaise with the QA lead and Key Stakeholders on defects raised
  • Help monitor consistent bugs to identify RCA where consistent bugs require a more permanent fix
  • Understanding risk management principles for each defect
  • Monitor and guide Graduate QAs in the ISTQB practices
