Location: Remote Salary: £32,000 The Customer Relationship Coordinator is a key support role within the Customer Relationship team, combining commercial account support with operational excellence to help drive customer retention and growth. Working closely with Customer Relationship Managers, the role supports customer engagement, manages a small but emerging portfolio of accounts across Scotland and Northern Ireland, coordinates proactive customer outreach campaigns and takes ownership of key administrative and process improvement activities.
