We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to help grow the adoption of our innovative digital healthcare solutions. You will play a key role in showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations, qualifying high-quality leads, and supporting the sales process through to close.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role combining consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic account development. You’ll work closely with internal teams and Regional Managers to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and deliver value to customers across the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Qualify and manage advanced sales leads, ensuring strong alignment with solutions
  • Support Regional Managers in progressing deals from demo through to close
  • Actively sell the full suite of products and services, including AI-enabled tools
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within your territory
  • Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Commercial
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare technology developments
  • Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Use a consultative approach to understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions

Skills and competencies required

  • Proven sales experience, including product demonstrations, lead qualification, and closing deals
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
