X-Copper Professional Corporation, a premier law firm with over 20 years of experience, is seeking an Administrator to join our Cambridge and Kitchener branches. This position will float between both locations. We offer a dynamic environment with over 18 branches across Ontario and Alberta, providing opportunities for growth.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrator will possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include preparing client files, scheduling appointments, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client files
- Schedule client appointments and activities
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate and client information
- Communicate professionally with courts, agents, clients, and colleagues
- Prepare legal documents
- Answer calls, send/receive faxes and emails
- Assist clients and perform data entry
- Invoice clients and maintain minimal Accounts Receivable
- Request documentation from courts, verify invoices, archive files
- Assist with clerical duties as needed
- Comply with company policies and procedures
